You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our high‑performance workforce, delivering meaningful insights that influence recruitment, learning, development and career transitions across the system.You’ll lead our new workforce audit, manage people data with care and accuracy, and use analytics to help us understand performance, potential and long‑term workforce needs. This is a role that combines technical skill with curiosity, innovation and a desire to improve how people experience work within the performance system.Who will I be working with?You’ll work closely with the Workforce & Talent Lead, the Workforce Data Officer (your direct report), performance staff across sports, and partners across the high‑performance system.About youYou have experience of understanding and identifying talent needs within a workforce, aligned to Learning & Development offerings and career pathways. You’re someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful stories and using insight to help people and organisations make better workforce decisions. You bring strong attention to detail, curiosity and a creative approach to solving problems, whether that’s exploring new analytical tools, using AI to innovate, or finding clear routes through complexity. You build positive relationships with both technical and nontechnical colleagues, and you’re confident presenting insights in a way that feels accessible and human. You thrive in environments with big ambitions, stay calm when juggling multiple priorities, and care about helping others develop and succeed.
