1. Athlete Medical Scheme Services – Invitation to Tender (ITT)

UK Sport is committed to delivering a world-leading high-performance system that enables British athletes to achieve success on the global stage. UK Sport’s Athlete Medical Scheme (AMS) is a medical insurance scheme which covers the costs of healthcare of funded athletes who are members of Olympic and Paralympic sports High-Performance Programmes.

UK Sport is inviting organisations to tender for the provision of its AMS from 1 April 2027.

Tenderers may propose a fully insured model, a trust-based model, or both. A separate quotation is also required for standalone dental benefits for eligible high-performance programme athletes. The contract will be for three years, with the option to extend for a further year, and has a maximum estimated value of £11.5 million.
