Olivia Clark and Olivia Federici featured for Great Britain at both London 2012 and Rio 2016, while Kate Shortman and Isabelle Thorpe made their Olympic debuts in Tokyo. Shortman and Thorpe made artistic swimming history after securing Team GB’s first-ever Olympic medal in the sport with silver in Paris.
