You’ll create impactful content across a range of formats from e‑learning and interactive media to blended pathways and digital resources, always with a focus on accessibility, usability and learner experience.You’ll work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into intuitive, practical content; support the development of tools for communities of practice, mentoring, and collaborative learning; and use learner feedback and analytics to continually refine and improve our digital offer. This role is essential in helping us scale L&D, increase accessibility, and create meaningful learning at pace.Who will I be working with?You’ll work closely with the Senior Learning Designer, Learning & Development colleagues, subject matter experts, and wider partners across the UK high‑performance system.About youYou’re someone who loves designing learning that genuinely makes a difference. You bring experience in creating digital learning in an organisational or educational setting, and you’re confident using authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or Storyline, Captivate, H5P or ADAPT. You understand instructional design principles, accessibility standards and UX/UI basics, and you enjoy turning complex information into clear, intuitive content. You’re organised, creative and comfortable managing multiple projects, always with an eye for detail and a passion for inclusion. You collaborate well with subject matter experts and technical teams, adapt easily to new tools and approaches, and are curious about emerging trends in digital pedagogy.
