In 2028, it will be hosted across multiple cities in the UK & Ireland, requiring large-scale coordination across transport, infrastructure, stadiums and public ser-vices.UEFA owns the tournament and sets requirements; UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is responsible for delivering it locally.The RoleThe EURO 2028 volunteer programme will have a digital focus throughout the end-to end volunteer journey. This is a unique opportunity to define how technology enables the recruitment, engagement and experience of 13,000 volunteers across eight Host Cities and four Nations. As Volunteer Systems Manager, you will play a central role in bringing this vision to life by designing and delivering the systems that sit at the heart of the programme. You’ll shape how the volunteer management system and mobile application are used, creating simple, effective and scalable solutions that work for both volunteers and delivery teams.
