Job Description: Sutton United kit manager responsible for first team training and playing kit. A usual day will include laying out training kit in the changing room, taking apparatus to the training ground and then back to the club to join players and management team for lunch, followed by preparation for the following day. Hours could be c.7.30am to 2.30pm on Monday, Tuesday (unless evening fixture), Thursday and Friday. Plus matchdays.
Matchday preparation for home games is usually done on the morning of the fixture. For away games requiring an overnight stay you will be travelling on the team coach, for more local games you would be welcome to use the club kit van instead.
Washing and drying player's kit would be your responsibility. In addition to a large kit cabin there is a boot room and a well-stocked laundry room.
Other than occasional intern help this is a one-person role.
Full driving license is essential.
