This facility includes a brand-new 3G Football Turf Pitch, a 400m athletics track home to Kettering Town Harriers AC, and a refurbished pavilion featuring two multi-purpose spaces, a café, changing facilities, and office.The appointed Site Manager will be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of the site. This includes recruiting and leading a team of staff, managing the programme of use for all facilities on site, ensuring strong financial performance, and upholding high standards of safety, maintenance, and customer service. The role also involves the management of the café offer and overseeing all the facilities contracts.We’re looking for a professional with proven operational and interpersonal skills, preferably with prior experience managing a community sport or leisure facility.
