Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 25 June 2025 Interview date 10 July 2025 Job Description British Gymnastics has the following permanent full-time post: National Coach - Trampoline 37 hours per week Salary range £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) 39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours Based out of Lilleshall Head Office, near Newport, Shropshire, providing national coverage in line with the needs of the relevant work programme, flexible in terms of working patterns to meet the needs of the role.The Role This is a key coaching position dedicated to supporting the Head National Coach (HNC) and the British Gymnastics World Class Programme (WCP) in delivering excellence, with the goal of securing medals at major international events, including the Olympic Games. The role is founded on our Collective Accountability approach, which emphasises a people-centred, performance-driven, and empowering environment for coaches, gymnasts, and support staff. The National Coach will work collaboratively across various stages of the Performance Pathway, with specific leadership responsibilities shaped by the discipline requirements and the individual skills of the candidate. The role involves providing expert support and technical guidance throughout the national system, focusing on talent development, offering practical advice to gymnasts and coaches, and contributing to the creation of coach education resources under the direction of the Head National Coach. Working alongside a broad network of gymnasts, coaches, and support staff, the role aims to foster a culture of excellence and continuous development across the pathway.
