You will complete session plans prior to every session in conjunction with the syllabus. You will also support with our girl’s academy players individual development plan process for each player in the primary age-group you’re working with. Most of the sessions will be during the evenings and weekends, so you must have a flexible approach to your working hours.To find out more about this role, click here to read the job descriptionYour coaching backgroundWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about player development in the younger ages, providing a high-support, high-challenge mindset towards coaching. You will have extensive knowledge and experience of the football industry, and previous experience working with academy players.
