Job Description
Join SportyMinis -Berkshires leading early years physical development specialists transforming children's lives through movement and play, for almost 11 years now.

Your Impact: Make a real difference in children's lives by delivering expert-led physical development sessions across Berkshire nurseries and primary schools. You'll be joining our passionate team of educators who inspire children aged 18 months to 7 years to love movement and develop crucial life skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Early Years Leadership (Ages 18 months - 5 years):

Deliver our acclaimed fundamental movement programme
Create magical moments that build children's confidence
Support physical, cognitive, and emotional development
Maintain strong relationships with nursery partners
Track and celebrate children's progress
Primary PE Excellence (KS1 & KS2):

Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned PE lessons
Inspire a love of movement and physical activity
Create inclusive, high-energy learning environments
Support children's sporting journey
Maintain professional assessment records
Your Profile:

Passionate about children's physical development
Natural ability to engage and inspire young learners
Experience in coaching or teaching (PE/sports focus)
Reliable, energetic, and professionally presented
Valid DBS registered with the update service
Availability Required:

Minimum 3 mornings (9am-12pm)
Minimum 1 afternoon (2pm-4pm)
Monday to Friday flexibility
What We Offer:

Competitive pay: £13-£15.00 per hour (experience-based)
Free/subsidised travel
Level 2 or 4 Sports Coaching Qualifications for the right candidate
