Job Description: Girls Elite and Development Coordinator
Broadfield Stadium, Crawley
£25,875 per annum
Full-time

The role will see the individual coordinate our Girls Elite & Development programme within our Football & Sports Participation Department.

Working alongside the Football & Sports Participation Manager, to ensure the programme is coordinated and delivered to the expected high standards.

The successful candidate will also support the department in the delivery of its other programmes including School Lunchtime Clubs, After-School Clubs and Soccer Schools.

Essential:
UEFA C License
Ability to plan and deliver engaging sessions
Experience managing programmes
Ability to review and reflect on coaching practice
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work on own and in a team
Excellent organisation and detail
A drive to support participants in achieving their goals.

Desirable
Experience working in a sporting environment
FA goalkeeping Qualification
