Job Description
Background - The leisure market has transformed. What people value, and how they choose to spend their time is changing.Playing sport has changed over the last 10 years with the growth of many new forms of 5v5 and 3v3 sports in league formats. Key drivers ate socialising, dating and getting active.

Team - An experienced team of property and sport development founders intend to develop a chain of 35 Indoor Street Cricket and Padel Clubs over 7 to 10 years in the UK. This is a first for the UK and follows the individual launch of 125 Padel Club brands through the UK since 2016 with 600 courts and specific cricket brands such as Sixes in retail locations such as Westfield with tech firm Batfest.

Strategy - We intend to lease retail and industrial locations and fit them out for both Padel and Street Cricket. Designs will be urban linked and include colourful pitches , courts and cricket strips on 4G and rubber courts.

Design - Each centre will be designed by architects to include 6 indoor Padel Courts 20x10m each and 2 Street Cricket mini arena’s 30x15m each. There will be wet and dry changing facilities, reception area and relaxing lounge area with a co working cafe in retail locations. There will be a Just Eat drop off zone and a bar for major corporate events.

Indoors - Whatever the weather, it’s your call - Padel, PIckleball or Street Cricket. We stand for affordable, safe, social exercise and fitness for all - because nothing improves physical and mental wellbeing like it.
