In this role you will lead the high-quality delivery and review of our talent development methodology for identified player profiles across the group, inclusive of on-pitch coaching, individualised gym, nutrition and performance programmes and mentoring specific to each player’s Individual Development Plan.What will you be doing? You will be leading the delivery and evaluation of player profile-specific programmes, ensuring all identified Talent+ players have a robust Individual Development Plan with clearly defined and agreed KPIs and actions which remain at the centre of all interdisciplinary planning and delivery. You will produce individualised video clips and data to aid in helping players meet their targets by providing clear and consistent feedback as well as monitoring and reporting on the form of loan players.Leading and supporting a scheduled programme of on-pitch coaching delivery across the groups U16s-21s and B Team, you will align and enhance the consistent, high-quality delivery of the talent development methodology and group talent strategy objectives.You will manage the tracking of all performance and lifestyle management aspects of identified Talent+ players, including sleep, hydration and nutrition, and support with relevant IDT staff, you will regularly attend games (U16-21s, B Team and First Team) to enhance the tracking and benchmarking of identified high-potential players in our talent pipeline.Supporting the planning and delivery of training sessions (and games where appropriate) of the U16-21s as well as the International Academy Programme you will work in collaboration with coaches across all areas of the club as well working closely with the Academy Performance staff to manage the alignment of rehab programmes for all identified Talent+ and loan players.Is this you? You are confident in building strong professional relationships with players, staff and external stakeholders by using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
