Responsibilities:Scout and assess players live and via video within your assigned remit.Produce regular, detailed, and objective scouting reports on potential targets.Maintain up-to-date records and positional player lists using club-approved data management platforms.Attend matches, tournaments, and competitions as assigned to monitor individuals or teams.Liaise regularly with the scouting and recruitment staff and support projects as directed.Actively participate in weekly scouting meetings to review progress, share insights, and align on upcoming schedules.Work closely with the Recruitment / Data Analysis team to enhance the scouting process through data and video.Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.Upholding and promoting the Club policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a professional scouting role within an elite football environment.Strong knowledge of player assessment through live and video scouting.High levels of organisational skills, ability to plan and book travel whilst working within budget.Proficient in using video and scouting software (e.g. Wyscout, Hudl).Excellent verbal communication and written reporting skills.Positive mindset with the willingness to collaborate in a team environment.High level of self-discipline and time management skills to complete tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.A flexible approach with the ability to travel regularly, including evenings and weekends.FA Talent Identification Qualification (desirable Level 3 or higher).Full, clean driving licence.
