Job Description: The People Development Manager is responsible for leading and integrating Cornwall FA’s football
growth, people development and conduct strategies. This role combines the responsibilities of football
development, including participation and safeguarding with people development across the football
workforce (staff, referees, coaches, volunteers, and board members).
The postholder will ensure alignment with Cornwall FA’s strategic objectives and foster a culture of
continuous improvement, inclusion, and excellence.
