Job Description: 🔵 AFC Greenwich Borough Youth Academy – Coaching Opportunities (U7–U18 Girls & Boys) 🔵

AFC Greenwich Borough are seeking highly talented and passionate coaches to join our youth academy setup, working with players across age groups from U7 to U18. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in youth development and a commitment to excellence both on and off the pitch.

This is an exciting opportunity for coaches who are enthusiastic about player development and have a strong understanding of the South London football landscape, including youth player recruitment and engagement.

Requirements:
• Enhanced DBS certificate (Disclosure and Barring Service)
• FA First Aid qualification
• FA Safeguarding Children certification
• Minimum FA Level 1 in Coaching Football
• Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
• FA Level 2 / UEFA C / UEFA B in Coaching Football
• 3+ years coaching experience (ideally across multiple youth age brackets)
• Previous experience working within a youth academy environment
• Proven track record in talent identification and recruitment in the South London region
