Sport and Pupil Experience Administrator Organisation IAPS (The Independent Association of Prep Schools) Salary £21,000 - £23,000 (dependent on experience) Location Warwick Contract type (Full time) Closing date 15 May 2024 Job Description Overview:The Sport and Pupil Experience team delivers high quality sports competitions and extra-curricular events to over 650 member schools in the UK and internationally.The Sport and Pupil Experience Administrator will provide organisational support for both programmes. A keen interest in sport and an understanding of how sport competitions work is an essential part of the role.This is a busy and varied position, and you would play a key role in delivering high quality administrative support. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries into the team. You will be dealing with a wide range of people every day, and no two days will be the same. The role requires you to provide support to member schools on a day-to-day basis. Your tasks will come from both the Head of Sport and Pupil Experience and the Sport and Pupil Experience Manager.The purpose of this role is to support the successful coordination and deliver of a successful programme of events across the IAPS sports and pupil activities programmes, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality events to our member schools, their staff and pupils.The role is full time, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.
