In addition, they will have the ability to work strategically with partner organisations across different sectors to plan and deliver football programmes and interventions that will really make a difference to our Referee workforce. Project management skills, along with data analysis skills to be able to monitor the effectiveness of programmes, are therefore essential for this role.Next StepsThis is a full time, permanent role, working 35 hours a week, typically Monday to Friday but also with some evening and weekend commitments where applicable.
