Musculoskeletal/Trauma Clinician Organisation Bryanston School Salary Competitive Location Blandford Forum, Dorset Contract type Permanent (Part time) Closing date 8 May 2024 Job Description We are seeking a decisive Musculoskeletal/Trauma Clinician, experienced in working with adolescents to deliver high standard clinical assessment, intervention and treatments as well as providing complete episodes of care for our pupils. Working within Bryanston’s medical team, this role encompasses injury prevention, triage and assessment clinics, pitch side trauma support, injury management, rehabilitation, and safe return to play. You will be interfacing regularly with sports coaches, performance sports specialists, pastoral staff, parents, and the pupils themselves. Our medical team provides 24/7 care to our pupils, with the Trauma/MSK/Physiotherapy specialists integrating with our general medicine and mental health teams to provide holistic support to every pupil. Confident communication skills and an awareness of the nuances of boarding school life would be desirable. Bryanston School is an independent boarding school with superb facilities, situated around the 400-acre site with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians working alongside our coaching staff to maximise the availability and performance of our young athletes.
