As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading our digital marketing strategy. We want you to collaborate with our wider MarComms team to develop and deploy digital marketing strategies and campaigns including optimising customer journeys, creating and executing successful email campaigns and automation journeys. This will include using data to inform marketing campaigns, grow customer engagement scores, maximize customer conversion and deepen relationships whilst ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. A critical aspect of this position will be your ability to build effective working relationships and influence key internal decision-makers. Important too, will be the ability to create a positive team atmosphere, lead by example and develop a high-performance culture.This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, so you must possess solid experience of digital marketing as well as a thorough understanding of email marketing best practices. You will be familiar with Salesforce, Segmentation & Lead Generation and the Pardot email marketing platform. You will also be familiar with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4).Comfortable interrogating data, you will be used to producing business reporting and have in-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations.
