Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager – Maternity cover
Fixed Term contract – Minimum 30 hours per week for up to 10 months, with the possibility to extend to 12 months
£37,312.00 per annum FTE
Loughborough / Hybrid working (3 days in the Loughborough Office and 2 days working from home).

As an experienced digital marketer with a thorough understanding of email marketing best practices this a unique opportunity to enjoy a rewarding role while helping to improve the lives of young people through the power of sport and play.

The Youth Sport Trust is the UK’s leading children's charity dedicated to improving the education and development of every child through play and sport. Our mission is to equip educators and empower young people to build a brighter future for every child. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading our digital marketing strategy.

We want you to collaborate with our wider MarComms team to develop and deploy digital marketing strategies and campaigns including optimising customer journeys, creating and executing successful email campaigns and automation journeys. This will include using data to inform marketing campaigns, grow customer engagement scores, maximize customer conversion and deepen relationships whilst ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. A critical aspect of this position will be your ability to build effective working relationships and influence key internal decision-makers. Important too, will be the ability to create a positive team atmosphere, lead by example and develop a high-performance culture.

This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, so you must possess solid experience of digital marketing as well as a thorough understanding of email marketing best practices. You will be familiar with Salesforce, Segmentation & Lead Generation and the Pardot email marketing platform. You will also be familiar with digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics (GA4).

Comfortable interrogating data, you will be used to producing business reporting and have in-depth knowledge of data privacy regulations. You will be effective at building teams too.

Good at building relationships with stakeholders, you will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
