World Rugby, in partnership with the Rugby Football Union (RFU) and UK Sport, have formed a Local Operating Company to plan and deliver the event. If you are interested in being a part of a tournament that will celebrate a generational moment for global rugby, apply today!Under the guidance of the Senior Manager Venue Development and in close collaboration with RWC 2025 LOC departments and World Rugby's WREM (World Rugby Event Management) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the infrastructure requirements for the Rugby World Cup 2025 (RWC 2025) across multiple venues. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of the planning, implementation, and operational delivery of world-class infrastructure for a major international sporting event.As the Venue Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution and contracting services for RWC 25 Image and Look and Overlay program. Working closely with RWC 2025 Functional Areas (FAs), venue operators and suppliers you will ensure requirements meet the needs of all client groups against RWC 25 standards and supplier agreements.What you’ll be doing:• Provide support to the Snr Manager Venue Development in contract management, as well as assisting in managing contract documentation and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.• Coordinate and liaise with the suppliers to ensure timely information gathering process through to delivery execution. This includes but is not limited to scoping exercises, site visits, application decisions, asset inventory, design review, operational logistics, installation and removal.• Support the Image and Look Manager review, collate and deliver the tournament Look Books against FA requests and RWC 25 standards. • Coordinate supplier programs to align with the wider tournament integrated schedules.• Maintain accurate records of all branding and signage materials, including inventory and installation plans.• Support on-site delivery aspects, including supplier coordination, stadium liaison, cost management, and approval processes. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to refine scope and manage costs. Support the change management processes to control project scope and budget.• Participate and report on regular review meetings with external and internal stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure readiness for RWC 2025.• Assist the Venue Development department with team operational and logistical administrational tasks such as accommodation, travel, accreditation, expenses, venue access documentation and parking requirements.
