What you will be doing:

> Lead the strategy for physiotherapy and rehabilitation across all high performance programmes.
> Inspire and oversee a national network of physiotherapists and performance staff.
> Drive innovation, research and best practice in rehabilitation, clinical care, and injury management.
> Build integrated development programmes that support athletes from the Performance Pathway to the National Teams.
> Represent Scottish Rugby at the forefront of global best practice in sports physiotherapy.
