Job Description: Deliver exceptional events and experiences as our Conference & Events Sales Co-Ordinator at Edgbaston!

We're looking for an organised, client-focused, and passionate individual to join our dynamic team at Edgbaston as a Conference & Events Sales Co-Ordinator. In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering exceptional events—from corporate conferences to weddings—by guiding clients through the planning process, coordinating logistics with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless handover to operations. Your strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to delivering first-class customer service will be key to your success.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in event coordination or customer service, and a working knowledge of event software or CRM systems is a bonus.
