The overarching mission is clear: enable the Great Britain Cycling Team (GBCT) to use world-class data and evidence to ask better questions, make better decisions, and ultimately deliver better performances on the world stage.The Great Britain Cycling Team is one of the nation’s most successful Olympic and Paralympic programmes. While athletes stand on the podium, they are supported by an expert Performance Support Team working relentlessly across the Olympic cycle — developing best-in-class equipment, applying cutting-edge sport science, and driving innovation in every marginal gain. Data is the golden thread that connects it all.This role will be pivotal in driving performance across the Track Sprint and BMX disciplines. Far more than routine analysis, you will operate at the sharp end of elite sport — capturing, engineering, and transforming complex performance and video data from training environments and international competition into powerful, actionable insight.Working shoulder-to-shoulder with coaches and athletes, you will turn evidence into competitive advantage.
