Job Description: Performance Operations Assistant

35 hours per week (a flexible approach to work time is required on occasions including evening and weekend working. All-hours contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the administration and operational delivery ahead of international championships and competitions
Assist with post-selection admin procedures
Book domestic and international travel for athletes and staff
Update athlete and staff records across internal databases
Provide support to the Kit Co-Ordinator to help administer the kitting out process following GB&NI team selections
Provide general operational support to the Performance Operations team as required

Required Experience:Skills & Requirements

Can do attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
Passion for sport and interest in developing an understanding of the workings of an elite sport environment
Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
Hold a full UK driving license
