Job Description: THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Coach to join our Science and Medicine team as a Performance Pathway S&C Coach working with our Boys. In this exciting and versatile role, the Performance Pathway S&C Coach, reporting to the Lead S&C Coach (Men's XI), will provide high quality athletic development and physical preparation support services to Yorkshire County Cricket Club’s Boys Academy, EPP and County Age Group squads. This role will be pivotal in providing the highest standard of S&C provision to our Pathway players with the aim to maximise player athletic performance, robustness and availability in their journey towards senior cricket.

Please note, this role will require regular travel across the UK in order to provide dedicated, professional S&C support for training and matches all year round.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Current registration and accreditation with the UKSCA (or working towards)
- An undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in Strength and Conditioning (BSc / MSc)
- At least 1-2 years experience of working independently or in a professional setting as part of a MDT within the musculoskeletal field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with previous experience of working collaboratively in a professional environment
- An understanding of the safeguarding and health and safety needs relevant to the role
- An understanding and experience of delivering projects within an equity, diversity and inclusion framework

Having previous experience of working within elite sport, preferably in the Academy setting is desirable but isn't essential for this role.
