Job Description: Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England.

We are seeking a Data Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in improving organisational performance through data-led insight. This role focuses on analysing, visualising and interpreting complex performance and financial data to support strategic decision-making, risk management and continuous improvement.

Working collaboratively across the organisation, the Data Business Analyst will identify inefficiencies, develop scalable and automated reporting solutions, and embed a culture of evidence-based decision-making. Through accurate, timely and actionable intelligence, this role will empower leaders to enhance productivity, commercial performance and long-term organisational effectiveness.
