While prior experience in racket sports is desirable, it is not essential.About the RoleAs part of the Seacourt team, the Assistant Coach will work with the Senior Real Tennis Professional and the Head Lawn Tennis Coach and will play a key role in enhancing the racket sports experience for both members and visitors. A special focus will be placed on the development and advancement of junior players particularly in:• squash• racketball• rackets• badminton• padel • pickleballKey Responsibilities• Coaching & EngagementSupport coaching and engagement across all racket sports, assisting other Club activities and real tennis as required.• Events & Member SupportHelp organise and manage Club racket sport events, tournaments, and social games. Coordinate matches, maintain records, and encourage member participation.• Club Atmosphere & MaintenanceFoster a welcoming, professional environment. Ensure facilities are well-maintained and presentable for current and prospective members.Working Hours• Full-time role (minimum 40 hours per week)• Includes some weekend work• Working hours will be arranged via a rota, in coordination with the Club Manager and Sports StaffPayA competitive remuneration package will be offered, based on the successful applicant’s experience and qualifications.
