Job Description: You will work with the Head of Academy Recruitment, Scouting and Recruitment Lead and other scouts to identify and evaluate potential football talent for the academy’s youth development program.

Working across a defined region, the role involves attending matches, training sessions, and tournaments to spot emerging players with the potential to develop within the academy. The Academy Scout plays a key part in shaping the future of the academy.

We are looking for 4 Scouts to cover the following regions:

2 Scouts Home Counties
1 Scout North-West London
1 Scout South-London
