As we expand our reach and continue to build our team, we are looking for a passionate Logistics Executive to join us on this exciting journey.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone with a passion for running to join us on this next stage of our growth. You will be working directly with our logistics team in our Hersham warehouse, to organise and deliver running events in Greater London and the South of the UK.Main Duties and Responsibilities- Assisting in event preparation; packing and testing equipment for weekly events.- Regular stock taking, ordering new equipment and product, receiving deliveries and maintaining equipment/vehicles.- Checking venues and courses pre-event for any potential hazards.- Assisting course team in race route set up; positioning signage, cones, dropping off course marshals, water stations etc.- Lead cycling for events; guiding the runners around the course and checking for any issues that need to be addressed.- Debriefing after events, analysing areas to improve and how to do so in weekly team meetings.Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working in live events, an interest in running, and be a fast learner. They will work well as part of a team at events, as well as working alone at the warehouse.
