The Opportunity
As Partnerships Operations Manager, you'll play a central role in delivering PREM Rugby's commercial partnerships throughout the season.
Working with clubs, commercial partners, broadcasters, agencies and internal teams, you'll ensure partnership rights are delivered seamlessly, activations exceed expectations and every commercial programme creates value for both our partners and our fans.
This is a varied, fast-paced role combining partnership management, project delivery, event operations and stakeholder engagement. From major matchdays and national events to player appearances and broadcast integrations, you'll lead projects that sit at the heart of one of the UK's most exciting sports properties.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Delivery
• Lead the operational delivery of PREM Rugby's commercial partnerships, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered to an exceptional standard.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clubs, partners, broadcasters, agencies and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Coordinate the planning and delivery of commercial rights throughout the season, identifying opportunities to enhance partner value and improve delivery.

Events & Activations
• Lead the delivery of partner activations across the Gallagher PREM Rugby season, including matchdays, marquee fixtures, charity weekends and fan engagement initiatives.
• Deliver commercial partner programmes at PREM Rugby's flagship events, including the Gallagher PREM Rugby Final, Awards and Content Capture Day.
• Coordinate a range of non-matchday activations, including hospitality, networking events, training ground visits and content opportunities.
• Ensure every activation delivers an outstanding experience for partners and supports PREM Rugby's commercial and fan engagement objectives.
Commercial Operations
• Manage the player appearance programme, coordinating activity with clubs, partners, broadcasters and media to maximise value and fulfil contractual commitments.
• Oversee the delivery of league-wide commercial branding and partner assets, ensuring a consistently high standard of execution.
• Support the planning and management of commercial inventory, partner reporting and operational projects that contribute to the success of the commercial programme.
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor the delivery and effectiveness of partnership activity, providing insight and reporting where appropriate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance partner experiences and maximise the commercial value of PREM Rugby's partnerships.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that strengthen PREM Rugby's commercial proposition and support future growth.

About You
You'll be organised, proactive and commercially minded, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

Essential
• Experience in sponsorship, partnerships, sports marketing or commercial activation.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience delivering events, activations or partnership programmes.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to take ownership and drive delivery.
Desirable
• Experience working within professional sport, entertainment or live events.
• Knowledge of sponsorship rights management and commercial partnerships.
• A passion for rugby and an understanding of the sports industry.
