o Organisational performance – e.g. KPI reporting
• Work with the Director of Development and the Development Team to produce regular analysis of membership growth and participation for funding partners and to monitor Thistle Mark Standard accreditation.
• Produce and present data insight and trend analysis for Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other colleagues to enable business analysis and informed decision making.
• Create easy to use dashboards for internal and external use, presenting complex and detailed information that is accurate and reliable.
