Youth Manager
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours per week)
Location: LNER Stadium, Lincoln, plus community delivery venues

About the Role
Lincoln City Foundation is looking for an ambitious and passionate Youth Manager to lead and grow our youth provision. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take full strategic and operational ownership of programmes that make a real difference to young people in our community.

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality initiatives such as after-school clubs, holiday activities, Premier League Kicks, and more—ensuring they are impactful, inclusive, and sustainable.

If you’re driven by creating opportunities for young people and have experience managing youth or community programmes at scale, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing youth or community programmes
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to grow participation and delivery reach
Excellent understanding of safeguarding and compliance
