Contract type (Full time) Closing date 30 March 2026 Interview date 8 April 2026 Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about growing football in all its forms and committed to making a lasting impact through the facilities we manage.Reporting to the Director of Development, the Football Development Manager will lead the growth and delivery of football across our current and future hubs, ensuring that all programming is high-quality, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of the local football community.A key priority of this role is to increase participation in women and girls’ football and disability football across our hubs. Alongside supporting the development of traditional playing formats and pathways, the role will play an integral part in our ambition to help people become more active and to ensure there is something for everyone at each hub—harnessing the power of football to support both physical and social wellbeing in our communities.To succeed in this role, you will need to build and maintain strong, effective relationships across all levels of the grassroots game, including clubs, leagues, trusted local delivery partners, and national stakeholders such as The FA and Premier League.
