Promote an inclusive, transparent, and supportive culture among the Board and leadership team.

Financial & operational oversight:
Approve and monitor budgets, spending plans, and fundraising strategies.
Support non-grant fundraising and partnership opportunities to support financial sustainability.

CEO support & accountability:
Work closely with the CEO, providing support while ensuring accountability.
Agree annual performance objectives with the CEO and conduct periodic reviews.

Support leadership succession planning for long-term organisational sustainability.

Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrated experience serving on a Charity Board of Trustees or similar senior organisational position

A collaborative, trauma-informed approach and commitment to safeguarding
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and meaningful participation (including lived experience voices)
Understanding of sport and sports systems in the UK (Desirable)

We are proudly athlete-led and lived-experience-led. Both athletes and people with lived experience of abuse are encouraged to apply.
