Location: Wembley Stadium, London. This role is based in London but covers all the UK and Ireland sites, including but not limited to the eight host cities and the International Broadcast Centre. As a result, regular travel will be required for venue working visits and regular meetings in UK, Ireland, Switzerland and Belgium, to meet with suppliers or delivering onsite operations at Events.

Contract: Fixed-term | May 2026– Summer 2028
About UK & Ireland 2028 Limited
UK & Ireland 2028 Limited is the local organising committee responsible for planning and delivering UEFA EURO 2028 across the UK & Ireland. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in close partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and communities to ensure the tournament is delivered to world-class standards.

About UEFA EURO 2028
The UEFA European Championship is one of the world’s biggest sporting events. In 2028, it will take place across the UK & Ireland, bringing significant operational scale and requiring close coordination between host cities, stadiums, government partners and UEFA.

The Role
You will be responsible for planning, implementing and operating event logistics services across all venues and the International Broadcast Centre, working with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers to deliver services on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing
• Plan and deliver event logistics services across multiple venues and locations.
• Gather and manage logistics requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead procurement processes, including tender management, supplier appointment and contract management.
• Act as the interface between project teams and suppliers to coordinate delivery, installation, dismantling and collection of equipment.
• Oversee logistics operations including materials, consumables and equipment across venues and the International Broadcast Centre.
• Develop operational tools such as installation maps and inventory tracking.
• Monitor and support on-site logistics delivery at venues.
• Lead logistics operations for key events including the EURO 2028 Final Draw and tournament-time venue delivery.
See attached role profile for full details.

What we’re looking for
• Proven experience delivering event logistics or project management services. Experience within major events, sport or international environments is preferred, but we would also welcome candidates with transferable experience who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ownership.
• Full driving licence (up to 3.5t vehicles).
• Experience managing complex projects within scope, budget and fixed deadlines.
• Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and constraints and develop practical, workable solutions.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations and managing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). With the ability to produce clear documentation and guidance for stakeholders.
• Willing to take ownership and deliver complex workstreams independently.

Values & Behaviours

Embrace the Opportunity
• Creates strategic space for innovation.
• Role models adaptability in response to uncertainty.

Achieve Excellence
• Monitors performance and ensures continuous improvement.
• Aligns team activity to wider organisational goals

Thrive Together
• Influences cross-functional relationships positively.
• Champions diversity and inclusive leadership.

Why apply?
We offer a competitive salary (plus benefits of 25 days holiday, contributory pension, Private Medical Insurance etc), which coupled with the opportunity to be part of one of the biggest sporting events to ever take place across UK & Ireland we think makes for an exciting place to be!

Where is the role based?
Our head office is based at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, however, depending on your role, you may be required to travel across the UK and Ireland to our 9 Stadiums and 8 Host Cities, with some roles being based in those locations.
Because we are an event delivery organisation, time together in person is essential for effective planning and collaboration.
• In 2026, most colleagues work at least three days a week from Wembley.
• In 2027, this will increase to 3–4 days a week as operations intensify.
• In 2028, during tournament delivery, full-time onsite working will be required.

Everyone is welcome
We’re hiring for excellence through inclusion
We’re building a skilled, values-led workforce that reflects the diversity of the UK and Ireland. We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds and identities — and we don’t expect everyone to have followed a traditional path to get here.

We're happy to accommodate any requests for reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process. Please email any requests to careers@uki2028.com. We’ll work with you to ensure you can perform at your best.

All employees will be subject to a DBS check appropriate to the nature of the role and in line with our commitment to providing a safe and inclusive working environment.
