The post holder will collaboratively plan, program and deliver the athletic performance program to Ulster Rugby senior team players. They will monitor & maximise all areas of athletic performance in planning and delivering an integrated individual program to create world class rugby athletesThe successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree (or equivalent qualification) in either Strength & Conditioning, Sport & Exercise Science or another related performance field. It is essential that the successful candidate has a minimum of 3 years full time experience working in full time professional sport. They should also have experience in established coaching and programming skills around the development of plyometric ability, speed, reactive agility/COD and rugby specific movement integration.The successful candidate must, by the closing date for receipt of applications, be eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
