Working under the Head of Academy Recruitment, the role will contribute to the delivery of effective player identification and scouting strategies across the Player Performance Pathway, in line with the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). The postholder will be responsible for sourcing, observing, evaluating, and recommending young players who align with the Club’s Player Profiles, ensuring a structured and high-quality approach to early-age talent identification.The role includes regular weekend commitments (typically covering two fixtures per weekend), the potential for occasional evening fixtures, and an average weekly commitment of 4–6 hours.
