Job Description: The Head of Safeguarding will provide strategic leadership for all
safeguarding activity across the organisation, ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

The postholder will set the vision and direction for safeguarding practice, embedding a culture of safety, vigilance, and accountability at every level of the Club. This role carries overall responsibility for creating and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and vulnerable adults involved in any Club-organised activity.

The Head of Safeguarding will oversee the wider safeguarding team, ensuring robust policies, effective case management, high-quality training, and consistent safeguarding operations throughout the organisation.
