Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team to create inclusive pathways, to support individuals with impairments to achieve their ambition in sport, whether that be to be physically active in sport or to achieve at the highest level.

We are looking for dedicated individuals to help develop resilient, inclusive pathways that empower athletes at every level. You’ll play a key role in delivering world-class performance development programmes that feed Welsh and GB pathways, contribute to a world-leading para-athlete development programme, and showcase successful inclusive approaches regionally, nationally, and internationally.

At the heart of our team, we look at fostering inclusivity, supporting wellbeing, and co-creating opportunities that allow every individual with impairments to thrive. If you’re driven to make an impact while working alongside team members who share your passion, this is the opportunity for you.
