Job Description: We are looking for a casual Coach to join our squad in Midlands where we deliver our interventions in a variety of different settings, both during the school timetable and after school.
You will be working with some of the hardest to reach young people who are most at risk of exclusion, in small groups of 8-10. We use sport as a hook and mentorship as an anchor. You will help to deliver sports based sessions combined with employability workshops to enable young people to be in a better position to enter sustained education, employment or training (EET) when they leave school. The delivery team always work in pairs, running our interventions across a variety of settings.
This role will be based in Midlands with daily travel to delivery sites in Leicester and Coventry with some planning work from home. You will also be required to work evenings.
