Job Description

Do you want to work with like minded, passionate people, developing brighter futures for children within your local area?

We are a young, entrepreneurial organisation of inspired and inspiring people. We are looking for new members to join our team.

You will be delivering our pre-written and planned sessions within your chosen subject, engaging children, developing knowledge and a desire to learn. Our roles are incredibly flexible, you will earn a good wage whilst still having time within your week for your own study or pursuits and most importantly you will love what you do. We have part time and full time roles, starting either now or Sept 2013.

No coaching or teaching qualification needed - Just passion

You must have some experience working with children, this may be a short placement, work experience, extra curricula or socially.

You must also have valuable experience within the subject you want to deliver - for example, if you want to deliver Drama you must truly know the subject. You will be teaching young children, to enthuse them you need knowledge. For any of the subjects you need to be able to show us you have pursued that activity throughout your personal or professional life.

Finally you need a strong grasp of the English Language. You must be 100% fluent in English, both written and spoken. You must also have a clear understanding of spelling and grammar.

Whether you are with us for 1 year before a PGCE or as an on-going career, from the moment you join our team you get nothing but support and career opportunities including:

  • The chance for internal promotion
  • The opportunity to build your own role and pay package
  • Regular 121 chats and updates
  • Consistent and relevant team and individual training dependent on your personal goals

We listen to our people, we encourage our people and we are friends with our people..
We are a high performing hugely dynamic team - come and join us today...
