Job Description
We are looking for a Scout to assist throughout our club structure. Working closely with the coaching staff of the First Team and the Development Squad, you will be responsible for attending pre-selected matches and writing scouting reports to be submitted to the Chief Scout. These matches will usually take place on Sundays. For this voluntary role we offer an extensive package including; regular scouting assessment and feedback sessions, coaching in-service days and opportunities to gain tangible experience in coaching and scouting with an SFA accredited club. We would look for the following experience in a suitable candidate;

Essential
A sound knowledge of football.
An understanding of women’s football and youth development.

Desired
Coaching experience within a developmental environment.
Scouting experience.
