Taking inspiration from the annual PLx, PLx Monthly is a showcase of tales from the UK high performance community during the lead-up to Paris 2024. Each episode features a different performance story and is told by the individuals who lived them creating a deliberate space for reflection on key projects undertaken in pursuit of performance. The tales may be of big successes, difficult challenges or just the slow chipping away at performance gains over a sustained period of time.
Over the course of the first ten episodes we've heard from individuals from the following sports:
- British Curling
- British Judo
- British Canoeing
- British Weightlifting
- GB Boxing
- British Bobsleigh & Skeleton
- Great Britain hockey
- British Triathlon
- British Equestrian
- UK Athletics
Further episodes will be recorded and added to the collection over the coming months.
