PLx is the annual event for leaders from the high performance community to connect, collaborate and learn.
With the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, just around the corner, we look forward to welcoming you to celebrate our high-performance community and share:
- Insights and lived experiences to support each other ahead of the Games
- What winning well means for us in our different environments for Paris and beyond
- Our long-term system shift plans and their importance to securing the future of Olympic and Paralympic sport
New for this year
To allow for even more connection, a Chair’s and CEO’s event will be co-located with PLx. The conference agendas will be separate, but there will be opportunities to come together throughout the two days.
Who should attend
Performance Directors and Head Coaches. Places are available by nomination from your National Governing Body and there will be an opportunity to nominate a select number of your Performance Senior Leadership Team.
Further information on the nomination process and PLx 2023 sessions will be emailed to Performance Directors in September.
The Chairs and CEOs event is by invite only, and will be communicated to them directly via email also in September.

The PLx Awards 2023 is a celebration of the outstanding achievements of those who contribute to making extraordinary sporting moments happen.
This year the awards are on 28 November and will feature seven categories showcasing the best and brightest in our high-performance community.
