Sales Centre RepresentativeDepartment: TicketingOverall Objective: The position of Sales Centre Representative is an integral role at Leicester City Football Club, being the first (and sometimes only point of contact) between the Club and its supporters and all general enquiries.Combining the key skills required for telephone sales (inbound and outbound) and face-to-face customer liaison; the Sales Centre Representative is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the Club’s ticketing operations.Sales Centre Representatives have to at all times be polite, welcoming, informed and engaged with general Club information.Job Description:• Be at the forefront to drive a first-class customer experience with supporters. • Have a proactive approach to customer care. • Undertake tele sales/face-to-face sales of match tickets, Season Tickets, Memberships and other customer-facing products promoted by Leicester City Football Club, not necessarily limited to match days. • Identify opportunities to upsell with every call or visit. • Contribute in the delivery of Outbound tele sales campaigns to enhance the service levels and revenues derived by Leicester City Football Club. • Ensure all administrative and reporting tasks are kept up to date including the department emails. • Manage and maintain any projects presented to you by the Ticketing Manager. • Maintain all training and briefing materials required for the delivery of excellent customer service, requesting, and participating in additional training as required. • Handling and reporting of customer complaints as the first port of call dealing with and escalating wherever necessary. • Assist in the processes of all schemes delivered by the Club – Cup Scheme, Away Scheme and Direct Debit Scheme. • Keep informed of all principles of Customer Service good practice in a respectable manner. • Carry out any ad-hoc task as requested by the Ticketing Manager in accordance with given deadlines. • Occasionally required to attend events and activities held away from King Power Stadium, selling, and distributing tickets and retail items to local businesses. • Ensure that tickets are sold/allocated in accordance with Leicester City Football Club procedures and protocols outlined by the Ticketing Manager and Staff Handbook (HR). • Ensure that tickets are sold/allocated in accordance with FA Premier League, The FA and Football League procedures and protocols. • Be accountable for keeping up to date with changes to departmental and company procedures. • The Employee must at all times carry out his/her responsibilities with due regard to the Club values and policies and procedures, in particular Health & Safety, Equality and Diversity, Confidentiality and with regard to the Data Protection Act.• To ensure that the Club’s Safe-guarding and Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures are adhered to at all times. • To be able to be work first-team and development fixture match days. • To be best in class in customer service.• To assist, where required, the Ticketing Administration Manager in fulfilling/enveloping tickets purchased online or over the phone.Note: The above job description is not
