Job Description
Trafford Leisure is looking for a passionate Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher to join the team.

Location: Stretford Leisure Centre

Rate: £16.85 per hour

Hours:

Wednesdays – 4pm–6.30pm (2.5 hours)
Thursdays – 4pm–6.30pm (2.5 hours)
Fridays – 4pm–6.30pm (2.5 hours)
Saturdays – 8.30am–1pm (4.5 hours)
Please note: Applicants are welcome to apply for one or more of these shifts.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams during an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.

To be successful in this role you must have a Level 2 qualification with Swim England.

In this role of Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Lead structured swimming lessons for children and adults.
Deliver assessments in line with the Swim England Learn to Swim framework.
Coordinate awards and swimmer progress tracking.
Communicate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to support swimmer development.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming teaching environment.
Manage basic admin tasks such as lesson scheduling and progress records.
