Job Description
The Rehab Loft is an innovative sports physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation clinic based in Tetbury, Gloucestershire. We are looking for someone who is passionate about client rehabilitation to join our friendly team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments, including subjective and objective examinations.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of MSK conditions, including back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint disorders, post-operative rehabilitation, and chronic pain conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, exercise therapy, movement re-education, and patient education.
- Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise programmes to optimise recovery and function.
- Identify red flags and refer patients appropriately to medical specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessary.
- Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatment plans according to clinical progress.
- Provide advice on injury prevention, ergonomics, posture, physical activity, and self-management strategies.
- Prepare professional reports for GPs, consultants, employers, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders when required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant clinical records.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referrers, healthcare providers, sports clubs, and local businesses.
- Manage all aspects of self-employment, including appointment scheduling, invoicing, marketing, financial administration, and business development.

Essential Qualifications:

- BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy.
- 3 years post qualification.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
- Demonstrable postgraduate training and experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Advanced clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills.
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal pathology and rehabilitation principles.
- Competence in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse caseload.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and patient engagement skills.
- Strong report-writing and record-keeping abilities.
- Effective time-management and organisational skills.
- Business development and networking skills.

Desirable Skills:

- Postgraduate qualifications in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
- Training in sports rehabilitation, acupuncture, and Pilates.
- Experience using outcome measures and digital healthcare platforms.
- Experience treating sporting populations.
