(Home office base may be an option) Contract type Fixed Term (Full time) Closing date 13 July 2025 Job Description *Role Summary*The post holder will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of specific TASS projects linked to the TASS Dual Career Accreditation Scheme, as well as developing and rolling out the new Talent Development Environment Accreditation.*Key Responsibilities, Main Tasks and Activities*1. Oversee and maintain the current TASS Dual Career Accredited Site network of circa 70 FE and 50 HE sites.2. Assist new sites through the Dual Career Accreditation process from the expression of interest stage through to actual accreditation.3. Monitor the adherence of current TASS Dual Career sites to the operational expectations of the scheme by conducting annual reviews, surveys and site visits.4. Facilitate relationships between the FE and HE members of the TASS Dual Career Network with the establishment of ‘hub and spoke’ models, both at local and national level, as well as organising and hosting national events for both FE and HE sites.5. Working with the Strategic Lead for Network Environments, continue to further develop the TASS Dual Career Accreditation scheme, providing more opportunities and events for TASS Dual Career athletes and coordinators.6. In collaboration with the Strategic Lead for Network Environments continue to develop the new Talent Development Environment Accreditation.7. Lead and coordinate an initial pilot of the new Talent Environment Accreditation, utilising garnered feedback and learning to create a final product.8. Work with key partners in the delivery of the Talent Environment Accreditation, including the current FE/HE network, commercial gyms and other identified delivery sites, and the TASS Heads of Service.9. Once established, monitor the adherence of Talent Environment Accreditation to the operational expectations of the scheme by conducting annual reviews, surveys and site visits.10. Support the Strategic Lead for Network Environments in the overall development of the TASS Network and TASS Delivery Sites.11. Provide support to any other project work that may be undertaken by TASS at the discretion of the National Director.12.
