You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the organisation to help ensure meetings are planned effectively, decisions are clearly recorded and actions are followed up.What you’ll be doingAs Strategy & Secretariat Team Assistant, you will:Coordinate forward schedules for governance meetingsPrepare agendas and commission, collate and circulate papersManage meeting logistics for both in-person and virtual meetingsAttend meetings to take accurate minutes and record actionsMaintain clear and up-to-date governance recordsBuild strong working relationships with senior leaders, Board and Committee members, PAs and colleagues across the organisationProvide administrative and organisational support to the Strategy & Secretariat TeamContribute to continuous improvement of governance processes and ways of workingWhat we’re looking forYou’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and professional in your approach. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working to deadlines and handling sensitive information appropriately.
